Cannot usually get any reception at all inside the house while making or receiving a call; usually have to go outside for calling. Typical reception is 1-2 bars, on very rare occasions we will be able to get 3 bars. Dropped calls frequent. Cell phones are the only type of phone we have at our home, since ATT's land lines are dreadful too, with lots of line noise and interference and they bluntly state they have no intentions of upgrading the lines any time soon, whether for internet or phone service. ATT has horrible service and I have not heard that other carriers were much better in our area. Our carrier needs to listen up and take note of what their customers want or they are going to lose them, one way or another.
