I haven't had service since mid August. Not sure if it has to do with 3G or when Verizon took over Centennial. I was told they would be getting a tower in November. It is December and still nothing. I have great service if I drive down the road about 1 / 2 mile. I can Facebook and Whatsapp and that is about it. No calls and no texts. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Since mid August we have had very little reception but most of the time NONE. We had relatively scattered reception up until then. Now I rarely even get texts. And this is mostly the same way throughout Adams County. As a Supervisor of a major first responder unit for the county I have to rely on my cell phone a lot. I have property available for a tower if someone would care to look. Otherwise, for the services we provide to citizens I may be forced to look for someone to provide me something better than AT&T

Hwy. 61 / Natchez Trace Pkwy., Natchez, MS 39120 |
Mon Jul 31, 2006 |
I get decent and fairly consistent coverage on Hwy. 61 from Baton Rouge, LA, to the Natchez Trace Pkwy. north of Natchez, MS. Once on the Trace, coverage drops considerably, and is spotty at best. If you get on the Trace in Natchez, there is virtually no coverage. If you get on the Trace north of Natchez at the intersection with Hwy. 61, you may be able to get minimal coverage for the next ten miles or so, but it is spotty at best. After that, you can forget it. If you take Hwy. 553 to Church Hill or any of those surrounding areas, you can only get a signal with an old style bag phone, and virtually no one supports those anymore.
