Nextel's tower is in Poplarville, Ms., but it is facing the interstate... so if you are on the west side of the tower service is grabbled (words are dropped). I acquired my service through the office in Bay St. Louis and was assured of service in 3 different zips and only one of them had service……….And that was outside! Service ends 2-3 miles west on Hwy. 26 and does not pick up until 2 miles out of Abita Springs, La.
