We went from having 1 bar in some parts of the house, but as of Aug 22, we have NONE. We have to walk outside to get 1-2 bars, to send / receive. NUMEROUS calls to AT&T have been made, at first they denied that anything was wrong, then 3 days later they admitted it was due to a merger and that Verizon had cut service to our tower and that they were trying to fix it by burying fiber optic cables. But as of this morning, they are back to denying that there is a problem. So as of tomorrow afternoon, I am breaking my 7 year relationship with AT&T and taking my 5 lines to Verizon.
