I have had my cell phone for almost 2 years with Cingular. I have been able to use my phone pretty much anywhere around Southaven and Memphis with no problem (except I would lose calls around the airport) until AT&T took over. I can no longer talk on the phone inside my house. I repeatedly drop calls. I have mentioned it to AT&T, but they just say the company is in the process of "switching towers"? I am actually looking for a new provider. I am very disappointed with the change in companies.

I get no reception or very poor reception in this area. I live in Dickens Place and my phone will ring inside the house but you have to go outside and stand in the middle of the road to talk.

From my house have dropped countless calls.Screen says "Signal Faded Call Lost". I have reported the problem to Sprint many times starting over a year and a half ago with still no solution. My neighbors tell me they have no problem with Cingular.

I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for 3 years now, and have had better than average coverage while with them. I moved from a rural area of Panola county where I had average coverage to here in southaven a few months ago. I have swapped devices twice since living here, but neither will maintain service in my house. This is rather annoying. Please fix it T-Mobile or CellularSouth will have a new customer.
