Spent another hour on the phone with the service rep for AT&T. Oh my goodness what a joke... They keep telling me it is my fault and I need to replace my phone. Or, if I would just turn it off and then back on again everything will be magicallly repaired. Many of my neighbors also have AT&T. I guess all fifteen of them need new phones as well. I miss Altell. Never had a dropped call. Not one in the four years we were with them. Now with AT&T, they want to charge me $318.00 to cancel a service that I am not receiving from them in the first place. Since we were switched over in May, we have had them prorate our bill for "no service issues" every month. Twice in some months. This month, we are up to $40.00 dollars off our bill. Next month, we are going with Verizon, and AT&T can sue us for the $318.00 cancellation fee... Their service is the worst cell service I have ever had! I would NOT reccomend AT&T to anyone.
