Verizon has pretty good coverage in the Eureka area. Rexford and Fortine are covered as far as I know, but get about 15-20 miles out of town and you're in a dead zone. Not sure if there are any other carriers in Eureka.

I was really disappointed that my phone was basically a glorified paperweight in eureka, where I spent most of my time. I had no reception at all. It barely worked in whitefish but did in kallispell at the airport.

Great service all around, down in Missoula, over in Superior, and up in Eureka... people need to get that Montana doesn't cover all major carriers like other places do. Us Montanans make do with what we got and it works fine for us.

there is just not enough towers, a dead spot is in the middel of town, and will be until some one puts up another tower does not matter which carrier you have. Verizon really ticks me off with there sell your number saying it is how they offer low cost for phones. The idiots in cell one in the flathead are of not or little help, however if you go directly to a bigger office east then Cell one proves very helpful and I am very happy with their customer sevice. I had coverage from cell one and was under contract when moved to montana from Mo. Crazy people in Kalispell wanted me to sign a whole new contract and loose my low monthy bill. once I contacet a main office they allowed me for just few cents more a month upgrade, so I did not have to pay roaming.
