	It's impossible! Alltel staff are not trained to do anything but sell plans. Most of the time we are unable to call or receive inspite of having a tall external antenna. Need to upgrade our phone but Alltel doesn't seem to understand the concept of a portable external antenna and as yet has not been able to update our phone. I realize these phones are not your norm but a little effort from them would be appreciated. What a inefficient, lackadaisical company all around. Need a couple major carriers in here but suppose the small population doesn't warrant their bothering with us.
