Verizon 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola Droid X	Okay, so the deal is this... . Alltel was licensed the 800MHz band in this area. Verizon was licensed the 1900MHz band. The lower frequency Alltel towers can punch through foliage much better than the 1900MHz. The PRL from Verizon makes your phone prefer the 1900MHz towers and will only go to the old Alltel towers if all else fails. If Verizon would push a good dual band PRL, the issue would go away. I've bypassed this issue with my USB Air Card by manually editing the PRL to favor the local Alltel tower.

	I have had US Cellular for 2 years now and WOW I have not found any better to reach everywhere from NC to Alaska. My phone pics up everywhere I have ever been. Me, my husband and my 3 kids all are on the same plan and wow we love it. Customer service in store is great.
