Until May 2008 we had Verizon everything internet and cell phones now we just have the phones and they suck. When Alltel and Verizon merged the tower out here was turned off and all we can get from Verizon is did you report the problem [witch time] or we're sorry but maybe you need a new phone ( I need a new phone whatthehell Maybe we would be better off with two cans and some fishing line..) Yea right a new phone all that would do is put more money in an already sinking boat, this is how you treat a customer after 20 years of service. I will pay to have a tower put in my back yard as long as it's not Verizon... ... ..!

I can see the tower out my window and get a nice strong signal but the system is overloaded so only a few people get service at any one time. 3G service is supposed to be 5MB per second but is 1 / 10 that speed or slower if it works at all because of too few cells in the area. I complained to Verizon six months ago but they have done nothing about it.
