Stationed at Camp Lejeune. Have had the phone for almost 2 years and have found the service to be poor at best. Some spots where I typically have service, I might not even get service at all. I can't figure if it has to deal with the clouds, stars or what! I can try to "reset" the phone till I am dead blue in the face to no avail. Even besides Camp Lejeune I have found other spots in eastern Carolinas to be very poor. Seems like their advertisement of having 97% coverage is a bunch of B.S. unless just the 3% non-coverage applies to NC. Very disappointed paying $90.00 a month for shoddy service.

I get a couple dropped calls every week and as far as messaging, I can only do text unless I am away from base. The phone is tough, I dropped it onto concrete from two stories up and the only thing that happened was the battery flew off. No scratches or cracks though. If other carriers had better service / plans I would definitely switch.

Inside building, still doable. Glad it's not from home.

I live on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. I have to go outside to use my phone, drops too often. I am not happy with Sprint at all. Do not get Sprint if you live on this base.

With U.S. Cellular I've had an extreme minimal amount of calls dropped. (1 or 2 at most) To boot, I think most of the time it was because the person on the other end lost signal initially. Able to recieve / transmit calls inside every building I've been in so far on Camp Lejeune to include the Barracks and my work place which the infrastructure is wrapped with nothing but metal and other signal disrupting factors, yet the phone keeps all its original functions.
