Service in the house is poor to none, often times I will usually receive voicemail notification hours after the voicemail was sent. Calls fade and drop even standing outside of my home. There are no Sprint towers close to this area.

We have had Verizon service for about six years and have encountered only occasionally dropped or broken calls or poor reception areas. Overall we are happy with the service except for Verizon's pricing structure which are generally higher compared to other services especially for talk and broadband data plans and also the fact that they don't allow unused talk time rollovers from month to month.

Inside my apartment, I can barely keep one bar. Outside, reception is average. If you plan on living here, you'll need a landline if AT&T is your carrier unless you enjoy conducting all of your conversations on the sidewalk.

Can't use phone in house. Have been told home in a dead spot / zone. May be able to get call through with 1-2 bars, but more than likely call will be dropped. Very disgusting having to pay for service which you can't get unless you drive out of this area. Definitely will switch once contract expires.

My boyfriend and I both have Verizon, he with a Motorola Razr and me with a Nokia phone. We both have very poor reception and have had lots of dropped calls in the neighborhood.

Verizon service is terrible at this location. Verizon has performed field testing and concluded that this address is a "dead" area (The Pointe Apt Complex) and have offered to cancel my contract.

The reception is very spotty inside. One spot, i'll have reception, but it'll fade when I'm upstairs. If I'm downstairs? Forget about it.. I just walk outside to talk, but even then, I have to keep walking to find perfect reception. Least drops calls my arse!

AT&T sucks. they have known about this area and the constantly dropped called for over 5 years and still nothing. FCC needs to take control from the cell companies instead of letting them make the rules.

I have to go outside of my house to get any reception and even then, I often have my calls dropped.
