Calls and texts seem to be working fine but internet is pretty much useless. Ran 6 speed tests with Open signal and my avg. download speed was 846kbps and uploads at 228kbps, this is totally unacceptable with me being on the highest plan they have and nowhere near my 75 gb cap before being throttled. I pay way to much to get this poor of service. Saying bye Verizon very soon I can pay less money for this poor of service.

Have had Verizon in this location for almost 12 years with no reception problem. 1st of May I could only get 0 to 2 bars. Many time had to walk to the street to text or make phone calls.

Unless you have access to Wi-Fi at home, you will be in trouble. Don't count on using your cell for any data and you will absolutely have crappy cell service. I am spending $260 per month. Once this phone is paid off, I am outta here. Just need to find a service I can feel good about. Forget the unlimited data plan because they throttle the crap out of your internet and it is just about unusable. I have had these guys for 20 years and this is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Complaining will do nothing unfortunately. The best I can do is help others from making a terrible mistake.

Generally working with 1-2 bars. In transit is impossible, can't keep a call up. Can't receive messages. Same in Midwood, was completely unable to do anything with zero signal. Verizon used to be pretty solid, but now they're terrible. Worried about other reviews and their complaints with other carriers. I can't imagine it's actually the city?

NO SERVICE... . and AT&T is of no help. The customer service department is very rude and they won't provide a solution at all. I suggest to shift to a DIFFERENT CARRIER if you are in this area. WORST ATT... DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have boost mobile on the Sprint network 2 bars fluctuating constantly drops calls all of the time getting worse they even installed a new tower but I think thats just to spy on people didnt help with service you would think that the city of charlotte would demand better service

Fluctuates between 3G and 4G 2 bars at best. Reception downstairs sometimes disappears. Getting worse lately (June 2018) with more dropped and missed calls. I work remotely and rely on this crappy service. Will look I to switching.

Charlotte, BofA Stadium, Downtown, etc. The whole City of Charlotte INCLUDING DOWNTOWN has the worst cell reception of any city in the US on ANY CARRIER. I have tried AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile. They are all abysmal in the city of Charlotte. The carriers, businesses and the city should be ashamed. I know a few people who have left just because they cannot carry out simple business tasks in a modern mobile world. Get with the times. THIS SUCKS!

At Heiloom Restaurant could only get 3G service, not enough to connect with Uber or Lyft. In Concord only got 3G service, not enough to connect to Southwest Airlines to get my boarding pass. I've been a Sprint user since 1993 in the Phoenix market. Unreliable service in a Major metro market is extremely disappointing! If I didn't have so many Sprint devices - 5, I'd move. May anyway.
