AT&T reception in my home (28278) is very poor. Even worse in my office (28273). I can not even make call from outside. This is been worse since downloaded the new iOS 10.0.2. Looks like all the network has 2 or less than 2 star. Is the overall cellphone infrastructure sucks in Charlotte area? We lived in Rochester NY. AT&T had great reception.

I moved to charlotte 6 months ago from PA, back in PA T-Mobile service was great with 40MB download speed but here in charlotte I have no signal in my office uptown (downtown) for most of the day. And when am home I get about 1.5 MB. All the unlimited data is useless when you can't use it.

We have had AT&T cell service for many years, multiple states and even overseas and have been happy with the reception. However, everything changed when we moved to Charlotte, NC. Never have more than one bar and calls drop all the time. Changing service!

T-Mobile's cell phone coverage and data is absolutely horrible. Been with T-Mobile 1 1 / 2yrs. Dropped calls from home constantly from the beginning. After speaking with 7 customer service reps a couple days ago I was told all of the problems with reception, data and call dropping was all my fault. We even have booster in the home. Huh... how is this my fault?

Perfect signal stringth almost always 4 or 5 bars. Seems almost every where I go in NC I have great signal strangth. Never have had a dropped call. The unlimited data is awesome ( even if I still have it in my mind I only have 2GB thanks old carrier) but it's nice to know I do have it and slowly getting to loveing using it. Call quality is clear exsept when talking to friends with Verizon they are kind of choppy sounding but they say they hear me fine... . over all I am loving it

Service drops constantly or I cannot be heard. Moved from CA and when moved in to this home the service just disappeared. Need ot walk outside to find service. Feels like I am out camping in the Sierra Nevadas. Going to Sprint to see if the service is better here.

Constantly dropping calls. Hours spent with their technical people to no avail. I do ok when Im out and about but at home I drop 80% of my calls. Do NOT go with Sprint in this area! So frustrating!
