	I left Verizon 5 years ago for poor service and reception. Went with Alltel and liked everything about them, including the coverage area and reception. Now Verizon has messed that up. My contract is up in three months and I will be going with another carrier.

	Since the merger of Verizon and Alltel the service has diminished to the level of no service in most areas. I have tried numerous phones with only minimal improvement. While on a business trip to California I only had to charge my phone one day because it was not constantly searching for a signal. Why is Verizon not required to inform the public that as a result of the merger they sold off the old Alltel towers In Rockingham Co to private investors and they lease coverage for this area from US Cellular! Verizon will never move to the top of the tower for their customers as long as they choose to lease coverage!

	No reception unable to call from inside house. I had no problem when it was Alltel. Hope Verizon corrects this problem. Most reliabable Network????????? I have the same problem I posted before with Motorola Q. Does Verizon get alltels towers? Mybe there havent switch everything over yet? If anyone knows what is going on with this can they post and get us up-to-date?

	Have been with Sprint and US Cellular--several dropped calls in this area. Alltel has been close to perfect in the areas I travel.

	i use to have us cellular it was good down town work and home but thats about it then I went with Alltel good at work down town but not good at my house. I losr so many drop calls at my house I cant even talk on my cell phone I just use my house phone I live close to the va line ridgeway I wish they can fix that but other then that I like alltel

	Pretty good but the best thing is that I get service inside my house so I don't have to go outside!

	Like the other guys commercial, "It's a crap shoot" Just went through a period of time that phone would have 3 bars and still dropped calls after a minute or so. Wearing out the redial! Real problem when trying to do tech support for clients! They need another tower or two here. Going outside and yelling "Can you hear me now" is SOP.

	Had Sprint about 2 yrs ago. awful reception. Now that I am I with Altell I have'nt been in a bad spot yet.
