I've been in Fayetteville for two months, and I have yet to see my bars maxed out. Usually all I get is 1-3 bars. I'll be switching service soon!

Couldn't get reception inside my house until I switched to the Blackberry. Now use my cell phone instead of the house phone. Don't know if they improved service coincidentally with the purchase of the Blackberry or if it is due to the type of phone. But, the service is good now.

Crappy service out here. Dropped calls, calls that go straight to voice mail and phone never rings, must hit retry for text msgs often. Have to walk around house for people to be able to hear me. Getting ready to switch to another carrier.

Usually get a dropped call atleast once during any conversation inside home. Can't figure out why they say they have the fewest dropped calls!
