The reception here is horrible. I receive texts sometimes 6-12 hours after they were sent. Sometimes not even then. Calls are dropped while I'm sitting at home in the same area. And often have very low bars or no bars around the general Greenville area. After the hurricane, Sprint network has had issues and I don't think they've fixed them all because before the hurricane I never had these issues.

Wow, where do I even start with Sprint. They have a tower 1 / 5 a mile from my house (confirmed by multiple reps) and yet, DROPPED freakin calls. All the time! Don't even think about calling in to customer service and trying to get anything done. You will get someone from a 3rd world country and 80% of the phone convo you are trying to understand what eachother is saying. I have had several carriers and Verizon is the only one that works at my house. The customer service is much better as well. I like that I can go to the local store and they take care of my needs! And believe it or not, their customer service is right here in the good ol usa. Do not get sprint! You will regret it!

Terrible service, near campus and throughout town. At home I'll go from 2 bars and voice quality with occasional garble to no service. Even the local business districts have substandard coverage. What disappoints me most is that Sprint Local is the LEC, so it's not like Sprint PCS can't afford to put up towers around the area.

Wonderful every company has droped cells so deal... but Sprint PCS has improved... I switched form uscellular... I hate them! Ilove us cellular

I'm tired ot dropped calls while sitting in the same spot in my home, rounding a curve on the road, or going "all the way" to Sam's club on the edge of town.
