Sprint 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sprint PPC-6700	We had to add an in-building repeater to get service in our house. after that, reception is actually better in our house than it is outside. Also, we complained about our bill. After some persistence, we were forwarded to 'customer retention'. This 'customer retention' department gave us a great deal effectively reducing our monthly bill by almost $60 while increasing our bucket of minutes from 550 shared to 2400 shared per month.
