Poor reception outside and no reception indoors. It's hard to believe that AT&T has so many towers in the area, since I get dropped calls throughout my travels in HSP? It is frustrating to say the least!

Bought great phone at Sams for a really good price but got home and had no service. Didn't have a phone call and couldn't make one for two days. Tower is supposedly not that far away but it didn't reach us.

I typically have no service at home. In rare instance, I have one bar. Many dropped calls or no service. AT&T's reception in our area seems to have gotten worse (if that's possible) in the last 4-6 months.

Could not use phone in the house and it was spotty outside. Spent three years putting up with it until the said that they had no plans to improve the situation. Now I have AT&T and it works 100% inside and outside of my house.

usually 0-1, maybe 2 bars but don't move at all if you get a signal. I have signal as long as I'm on 42, but turning off onto Truelove or Wade Stephenson it's in and out. My wife has AT&T which has 3 bars at least all the time.

Have been with Alltel since purchasing my house here in HS. Have had no problems. Always get great coverage throughout HS as well as Fuquay, Apex, etc. I also tried Verizon for about one week and had no problems with them either (but again, that was only one week).

Usually 4 bars indoors sometimes 5 outside. Cell tower is near the pool.

I use AT&T with an iPhone. I also have purchased an indoor cell signal booster which captures the "stronger" signal from an outside mounted antenna and delivers this signal inside. If it wasn't for this I'd have no signal at all. My signal ranges between 0 - 2 bars at best.

I get 5 bars upstairs and 4 bars downstairs. Phone and service have been great. Never dropped a call at home.

I have found that Cingular and Sprint give the best reception in this area. I get about 3 bars outside on my street and 1 to 2 inside the house. It is better in the winter without all the foliage. I can get 4 to 5 bars about a half mile away near Holly Springs Rd..

I am able to make and receive most calls in my neighborhood of Sunset Ridge. There is one dead pocket in our neighborhood where I switch to roaming. It's on SunLake Court. I've been pretty happy with Sprint.

After the kind service representative told me to "update" my programming, which I hadn't done it in 18 months, my reception dropped off completely on the routes in and out of Holly Springs. I'm not sure if Verizon lost the ability to use the many towers that I'm passing or if my phone was programmed to be antiquated. Contract is up next month and unless something changes, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Occasionally get 1 bar, have to drive 3 miles down the road to make a call.

No service in my house. Spotty coverage in Holly Springs. Dropouts on Kildaire Farm Road near 1010. Spotty coverage in Fuquay Varina. Returned phone before 14 days were up in search of stronger reception at home.

Many dead zones in the area....poor quality voice reception. Only works well if around interstate roads. Beyond that, signal fads. Looking for new service at this time.
