I've been with AT&T(Cingular) for a long time even when it was Cingular. Reception in my house is good in certain locations of the house other areas are dead. Thank God for Bluetooth. I have never dropped a call as far as in town(Kinston) or Goldsboro or Greenville. Their Customer Service to me has always been very helpful. I think all Cell Providers start to take the customers for granted if you've been with them for a while, so it may be a good idea to swithch up every now and then.

i switched from Sprint to nextel, the first 2 years I had less than 5 dropped calls the entire period..when Sprint took over 1 started having trouble with calls being dropped. when they first took over a friend of my had a newer model Motorola i710, and in my house I would have 4 bars and he would have 1 bar. my old i710 finally quit, and I upgraded to a Motorola hybrid ic 402c I get I to 2 bars, with dropped calls every where.Any one who comes in my house with a Sprint or Nextel phone is in trouble. I don't know what happened to Nextel when sorint got involved. they now both suck!

i recieved this Sprint phone, could not get but 2 bars inside most of the time, and droped calls in side and out side of house, unless I went down the street. it was terrible

we have been with us cell for 7 years. have had excellent service until October of this year. I signed a new 2 year contract and right after started dropping calls. I have to dial numbers 3 or 4 times.i have traded phones,i started with the lg. now the tell me I will have to pay 300 dollars to leave them... .fat chance... i am looking for better service.

I am with Verizon they r expensive but I can talk when I want and I travel all over the country with both of my jobs they have the best phones 4g is great I cant wait to get it in my area I have five phones three r smartphones the razor maxx is great my wife has the bionic she loves it my son has the x my other two r regular phones but they always can talk and text

Verizon service is extremely poor in the greene county area... or for that matter in most of eastern NC... they talk a good line and make used car salesmen look like angels... .even the local politicians are more creditable...

In my son's apartment on Doctors Dr.I get very little reception and NO bars. Any calls made or received inside the apartment are immediately dropped. Meanwhile, in the same apartment, my son's roommate has a Cingular phone with excellent reception... ... maximum bars.
