I also have basically no service. We have caked and called, installed a booster to no avail. I am told by locals that us cellular has the only tower on this side of the river. We even were first on an auto accident in this area and 911 could not find my phone. Even Mother sick in New York hospital and could not talk on our phone. FH management said the tower was verizon. Our contract is also up and we are searching for a new carrierWas this review helpful to you?

I have great reception as long as I am inside using my air rave which I had to fork out the money for and then wait 4 months for it to be credited back to my acct.outside the house SUCKS. NO. Phone is a LG enlighten... No bars. No internet.. 47 meter mast tower >1 mile away. 147 meter tower >6 miles away... Tech said it was PINE TREES... DUH.. This is the forest and if your engineer didn't account for PINE TREES, Guess losing 8 contracts and $10G a year isn't worth fixing the problem... Waiting for the last 4 contracts to expire... Last update bounced off of a US CELLULAR tower... BF also has Verizon service, BUT he has a Samsung Charge... 3 bars no dropped calls..Tired of paying for service I only get 50% of the time..wish I only had to pay 50%of the bill..Was this review helpful to you?
Calls drop out. some don't ring through. Some text messages take forever or don't go through. Have to go to certain rooms to make calls from home, or go outside.Was this review helpful to you?
Coverage since this summer has been disappointing to say the least. Many dropped calls. We average one to two bars in our home. Rarely will get a three bar signal. Less than pleased at this time. Looking at other carriersWas this review helpful to you?
