	Seems to depend on which way the wind blows. Signal coverage very spotty. The signal meter will fluctuate from 4 / 5 to 1 / 5 bars on a completely stationary phone. Lots of garbled and dropped calls, yet on some days it works perfectly. Wish they'd lease some space on the Grandmother Mountain antenna.

	reception in Linville Land Harbor and parts of hwy 105 to Boone very poor. Verizon keeps promisingnew towers but has not done anything.

Nextel 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: I97	Downtown / Cordie Lane, Newland, NC 28657	Fri Dec 26, 2008
	No Nextel reception in Newland. Tried both a digital and analog Nextel phone.
