When Sun Com switched to T-Mobil, I was so dissappointed that I finally gave up and had to find another company. My Blackberry was in dead zones most of the time EVERYWHERE between Beaufort and New Bern. I was always getting roaming charges when I was not even out of the areas of coverage, Calls were either not received or were being dropped most of the time. Internet usage was a joke. T-Mobile offered no plausible excuses and refused to compensate me in any way for the extremely poor service.
