	sometimes 3 or 4 bars but usually just 0, 1, or 2 bars. Frequently get voice mail messages when phone didn't ring. Dropped calls and unintelligible speech is routine.

	I had Alltel service for about 8 years. The reception was as close to perfect as you could get and the customer service was average to good+ depending which store you went to. Now that Verizon took over alltels east coast network I get sporatic coverage at best. The customer service is as bad as it gets and I get around 20.00 worth of junk fee's on my bill every month. I bought a phone (Pd cash for it) to replace a lost one and had to spend weeks arguing with them that this doesn't constitute a 2 year renewal of my contract. Stay far away from this carrier unless you like headaches and dropped calls. I want my Alltel service back!
