T-Mobile 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: mytouch 3g	no reception and no roaming on T-Mobile aside from 1 bar for a minute while on a boat about a quarter of a mile out from the town dock. if you're visiting here dont plan on using your phone. there is plenty of free wifi downtown though.

Verizon 4 Out of 5	The reception is usually pretty good, but the prices are B-A-D. As soon as xtrememobile gets to town, Verizon will be G-O-N-E!

Verizon 2 Out of 5	At our home on Whittaker Creek we pick up a connection about 60-70% of the time. Currently trying an external antenna - that seems to help get more bars when a connection is made. Once I get on the road and travel 55 toward New Bern reception is good.
