I can be in my house, and not touch my phone, and it goes from 3 bars to no signal, to digital roam, to no signal to 1 bar, back to 3 bars, etc... Even in my backyard or front yard, there are times I have no reception at all - like 1 / 2 a bar. I dont know what Sprint / Nextel has been doing lately, but in the past couple of months there service is HORRIBLE!

Lost signal 3 time while driving on HWY 52 tho center of Winston-Salem. signal seems week everywhere I go. Not sure if this phone has more than 2 bars, expect 30 minuite wait for customer service. should pescribe valium with phone. going to be a long 2 years.
