How do I find out where cell phone towers for Alltel are located in Pinehurst, NC?

AT&T in Southern Pines area is horrible. There is no reception of any kind where I work, live and play golf. How AT&T can advertise 97% coverage is a mystery. I guess 97% of customers can get in a car and drive to a place where there is reception, so they can claim 97% coverage! Their map claims coverage, but it's pure BS. No one I know who has AT&T can get a signal. I'm dreaming of the day Verizon can provide iPhone service. I'll gladly pay the early termination fee. AT&T has lousy service and is obviously not concerned about false advertising and lying to customers and prospects. It's going to catch up with them!

This entire area is weak for service, please find a fix

Phone will ring but if answered will disconnect caller within 2-3 words, no txt service. No services at all otherwise in house. No help from AT&T, can't wait to get out of contract

99% of the time there is no reception. Can't get reception AT ALL in the house, AT&T lists this as a moderate reception area and there is ZERO. Poor cell service, Poor customer service, no incentive to see they can or ever will fix, messages show up days later, no help with blackberry software that never works either... can't wait to get out of contract

In the Southern Pines, Whispering Pines, Carthage area lots of dead spoonts. Every second or third call is a failed call. Went back to Alltel.

For those of you complaining about cell service in your home, this is an easy solve. Most cell phone companies, like SPRINT, offer a 2 week to 30 trial which if during that time, you don't like the service, you can cancel the contract without penalty. If you really want to use your cell at home, shouldn't common sense tell you, "hummm self, let's take this home and see if it works!" You should know in seconds, not 2 weeks or 30 days, if the phone gets the reception you want it to have. But Nooo, I think the majority of people don't do this. A cell phone is an investment AND a money pit. Take it home and try it out don't just settle. If this advice was taken, I guarantee half of the complaints wouldn't even be on here. If you don't take it home and try it out, then you deserve to get stuck with whatever you purchased! Use common sense people.

We just moved here from Washington state. We have been Verizon customers for about 4 years and love it. However, there is almost NO reception here in Pinehurst. I drop calls constantly and have to practically stand on my head to get anything more than two bars.
