Horrible! I have reported this problem over and over again. My phone will not even ring at home, when someone leaves a voice mail is when I know to return calls. If I try to call out the call is ALWAYS dropped! BAD BAD BAD Service! US Cellular does not try to fix the problems!

The last 2 weeks I have had no service in my home with the iphone. My family members with other phones have no service at work, at home, or in another building. Our service has always been spotty in the house but it is really bad now. I have to stand outside in the yard to just get one lowsy bar. Every time I called AT&T and they say nothing is wrong on their end (yeah right!!) I ordered a new iphone but something tells me it will still have the same problem (to be continued... ) Service in Rocky Point with AT&T stinks!

My home is 1.5 miles from the intersection of Hwy. 117 and 210. At best I have one bar - in my home that means I'm by a window. Outside I occasionally jump to two bars, but it doesn't stay that way for long. My son's Samsung Propel does slightly better.

I barely get one bar. I lose calls all the time.Also this company has a glitch if you switch plans that certain common features (incoming calls, texts,mobile to mobile) are oooops not added and you get huge bills WATCH CAREFULLY they will rip you off!
