I used to brag about USCC and how we could go anywhere and have no trouble. I have even talked my friends and relatives into USCC service. In the past year our service particularly in this area has sharply declined. We are always dropping calls and the data is slow or even non-existent. Come on US Cellular let's get back to the good old days!

We had Alltel, which was great service! When Verizon did the merger with Alltel, our service dropped. The customer rep said that they will be upgrading the towers. Now it has been 2 years and still no good service. I have to sit outside just to use my phone. Don't even think about Internet! It takes 15 min just to upload a web page. I will be switching services as soon as possible when my contract goes up.

Absolutely the best service-inside or outside of the city. No dropped calls, coverage all the way from Greenville, NC to Knoxville, TN no problem even through the mountains near Asheville!
