I purchased a cell booster, which brings me up to 5 bars out of 6. Like everyone else, I suffer a lot of dropped calls. In fact, I drop every 4 out of 5. I still do not have 4G, and probably won't anytime soon. Because of this, I recently dropped my Hot Spot on my phone. Sprint could not provide more than dial-up speed due the 4G deficit.
