	Most times phone doesn't ring and goes right into voicemail. Texts sometimes take hours to go through. Many dropped calls. Verizon says I'm not eligible for upgrade, even though my phone is 4 years old, because someone else used my number to get an upgrade. Wondering if new phone would help my reception problems. West of Pinehurst it barely works at all. But they got you by the balls because of their 2 year contracts. Thinking about just paying the penalty to get rid of it. But from what I've read here, don't know if the other carriers are any better.

	The rep with T-Mobile said I should be getting 3 bars. Reception is so bad that calls drop, irregular sounds come over phones. We have 2 of the same model.

	Poor reception at Sea Trail with Verizon with multiple phones. I've spoken with them several times over the years about this problem. The nearest tower is in Calabash, but there is no plans to build a new tower nearer to Sunset Beach.
