We have a tower that has been erected for one year or more but the antennas have not been installed, this area needs this tower hooked up in order for cell phone reception I just wonder why they have aborted the installation of this tower?

Alltel recently added a tower northwest of Tabor City. The location is a poor choice, BUT there is finally decent coverage in the Tabor City area. Alltel needs to bring their infrastructure and plans up to par, too! They screw us in southeastern NC because they are the ONLY real carrier for this region.
