As I was reading the comments it seems as if others are having the same complaint. When the companies merge you have less strength and more dropped calls and it is never the companies fault. What is happening and what can we as consumers do?
Calls often go straight to voicemail. Calls are dropped 75% of time in a call over 5 minutes. Sometimes when I am on a call with my husband we are dropped 3 times! We have called ATT&T repeatedly but they are not helpful. Not enough tower strength out here for ATT&T. We should have a reduced rate. LOL
