used to be great connectivity then it got lousy... on 3 different phones and 2 different aircards (2 different pcs) and no the terrain didn't change nor did the design of my home. called it in just before labor day and was promised a call back with status... November now and still waiting.

goes from almost full bars to no bars and drops calls.drops calls consistently. problems in and out of home. very near fire station. please help me.

E815 has usually full signal in the whole Westmoore sub division. I had a Razor phone, that had no signal.
