May work good in City Limits, But in the county of Black Creek, Stantonsburg, And Saratoga is very poor or no signal at all. I update tower info every week. Does not work. My company has Alltel also, when our contract runs out, I will change.

Our reception is terrible once we get past Airport Rd.going down 58. Our reception in the house is hit and miss, and our calls are constantly being dropped so our phones can search for service. My wife's phone is newer than mine but apparently weaker because she has even more problems than I do. I'm not impressed with Sprint's coverage here in Wilson at all.

Just inside my house it can go from no bars to 4 bars but most of the time I have to talk by the door in order for the call to stay strong. Ever since the merger (I'm with Nextel) with Sprint the service has gone down hill. Looking to switch to Alltell or Cingular.

You can't beat Alltel's coverage in Wilson. I've had most carrier's phones and I'd rank them: 1. Alltel 2. US Cellular 3. Suncom 3. Nextel(tie) 5. Sprint 6. Cingular I haven't tried Verizon but the word is the coverage is not too good yet.

No signal, cannot dial out, cannot receive calls. Verizon tech support can only troubleshoot dropped calls, nothing they can do about not being able to get any signal. When it roams to US Cellular or Alltel it works great, when the phone reads Verizon Wireless I can count on it not working.

Better than previous but still not as good as land phone. The E815 is now used as our home phone

Alltel coverage is Wilson is very good. Could not ask for anything better.

Covergae is very good here, some minor dead zones, but overall very well. In fact our local law enforcement uses Nextel as its primary radio system 24 / 7 and all of our public safety in Wilson Co. has Nextel at least as a back-up system.

Glad I didn't get a long term contract for this experiment. The coverage is lacking.

Not very good reception inside house. We have to go outside to get a good signal. Sprint sucks.
