The reception is terrible. I have to go outside and even then I get a bad signal. What am I paying for if I can't use my phone in my own house.

Terrible service through Sprint network, thunderstorm came through on Sunday and when I call no one can tell me when the towers will be back up. Ugh... Oh well, at least I have another cell phone to use

Surprisingly poor reception to be in the city limits. Horrible sound quality and dropped calls. Reception seems to be great most everywhere else I go.

Depending were I make the call in my house will depend how well the reception is... most of the time 1 out of 10 words are lost or dropped off so the other person on the other end of the conversation misunderstands me. Overall, I am not happy with the coverage; Verizon needs to build an additional tower in Jefferson MD

Switched from Nextel to Verizon, I have no reception at home, it absolutely sucks. I can not believe I am saying this but I wished I still had my Nextel

Reception is notoriously bad for Verizon users living in the Crowne Oaks Apts at the North Point Blvd.and Bethabara. Former AT&T customer, switching back (excellent reception there).

Within a 1 mile radius around spring Garden Rd.there is no reception

Our reception has always been low on this side of town, but now it has dropped another bar, so we have no reception indoors. When we called T-Mobile to see what was going on, they said they were making improvements to the network. That was over a month ago and no improvements since! There is a reason the service is so cheap - youg et what you pay for.

I have to walk outside my house and turn the phone on aND OFF to get reception. dropped calls,,,you name it. I can receive calls, but cant dial out... most of the time... no bars... no reception.

Right now, T-Mobile do not have 3G service in NC right now. But, the 3G phone wit T-Mobile have very good service then the EDGE phone. I had the T-Mobile G1, when it First came out. With the service is good and I only loss about 1 bar or none. But, only when I am in a steal building I do not have service with the Internet. With the voice service, it always roaming on AT&T Service with good service. Also with some of T-Mobile phone with Wi-Fi is really helpful at home or on the go. I enjoy using Free Wi-Fi or my home Internet service to give me better internet service on my phone.

I've had Verizon for years and couldn't be happier. The ONLY time I drop a call in when I head out to the mountains and in the middle of nowhere... Verizon is always clear and crisp and VERY STONG signal everwhere. Go with VW. I have friends and family on every carrier you can think of and they all suck. They drop calls and have weak signals. The sad thing is, they don't want to pay a penalty to switch to VW so they're sucking it up until the end... GO WITH VERIZON IN NORTH CAROLINA! Now if we could get them to sell the iphone, I'd be happy!

at&t do not have a tower in the area but they do have two towers about 6 miles up the road. the good thing about AT&T the long you are form a tower the better the coverage.

We have 2 bars outside, but drops to 1 or 0 in the house. No reception in Lowe's Foods on Peters Creek either. Overall, Suncom / TMobile has decent coverage on interstates, but as soon as you hit the backroads you are out of luck.

Very good reception south end of Winston-Salem just into Davidson County.

t mobile does not have coverage in north carolina but the roaming is free and they have one of the best roaming coverage.

they have the best coverage. even AT&T and Sprint they one have NO BARS down here but Alltel now Verizon wireless is the best network inthe world and I say every body needs to swith over to the new Verizon wireless. AND stop going for AT&T. when this network launchs this will be one of the greats things every.

you have great coverage you can talk and do not have to think about a dropp call.

bad coverage your call will be lost. your the call will go in and out.And the call might be dropped.

you have service for about 1 minute then you lost it. and then the service comes back in.but the coverage is so little you can not even talk and if you do get a call in your lucky. but the call will be lost.

i have AT&T and when am at home I now have to bars.and when I am on the phone the call comes in and out. but I have a Alltel tower near my house so am going to good with Alltel because they have the best coverage area in north carolina.but AT&T when they say roaming is free yes it is but I do not want my phone to be roaming I want it to be in the coverage area. but the more I go up germoton road the bars go up to 4bars but the sec I go into stokes county where I have family ther is no coverage at all not even one bar. so at the end of this mouth am making a charge to Alltel [soon to be Verizon wireleess]
