	At&T needs to really step up with getting a handle on taking care of its "new" customers before they lose anymore. After the switch to At&T from Alltel the service was horrible but has somewhat improved, yet not to where Alltel was at the time of the switch. Verizon is not the answer either as I have tried both and they were only more expensive! We switched back to AT&T and changed phones to help the situation, a gimmick to tie you up into a 2 year contract.

	Phone is complete junk. Service is totally horrible. dropped call three times while staring at the tower today. Switching to verizon. Customer told me today that my phone says disconnected when he tries to call me. Horrible customer service. I think Verizon set this up to get us all to switch!

	I've traveled all over ND for business and just for the heck of it. ATT gets NOTHING in way of reception in rural areas. Close to a large town, I can roam (wow!). I heard Verizon is your best bet.. Depends on the flatness of the land and volocity of wind speed.

Alltel 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG3200	HWY 2, Devils Lake, ND 58301	Wed Mar 28, 2007
	From about 7 miles west of Devils lake on Hwy. 2 to 281(13 miles) you get dropped a lot or not picked up. There is a tower at Churches Ferry but does not work well with Alltel
