when you get into hatton north dakota, you might as well turn off your cell phone. it is really bad. unless Verizon is thinking of doing something about this area.
You have AT&T in ND and your roaming, good thing they don't charge you, cause I don't get any reception in my room unless I smash my face against the window with cellphone on ear. Outside reception is a gamble.
