Verizon has added some new towers around here. My service is great!

I'm Roaming. Im switching to Verizon. I had AT&T when I lived in Texas and hated it! They are going to make a lot of Alltel customer unhappy.

reception is only in town, and internet connections do not work at all. As soon as you leave the city limits, you lose all reception.

Alltel's reception in ND is excellent they have really improved since buying cell one, coverage is way better than Verizon. I've never gotten this good of service in ND EVER!

Since Alltel bought CellularONE, the reception has gotten nothing but better. Alltel OVER VERIZON by a long shot

Great Service in Minot with GSM Phone... No GSM available in rural areas though.

Cellular One's coverage map is a FRAUD! Calls in towns is acceptable but when travelling across the state on major highways and interstates in ND, SD, MT and MN causes continuously dropped calls. Their coverage is horrible! I'm writting the Attorney General about their false advertisement. (Their small print states that you MUST have a 3 watt phone! That's an additional $240!)

CellularOne has really good reception along almost any Hwy. from Minot to TX to Twin Cities. If you don't live in the distant country side, then you won't have a reception problem / dropped calls. Phones do make some difference. With Audiovox 8900 and Motorola E310 I get good reception in the middle of the mall and Walmart, whereas my Kyocera 414 doesn't.

Verizon has pretty decent coverage in ND.
