There's a reason why the TV commercials for Verizon, show everybody standing outside, using their cell phone. They don't guarantee servise inside of buildings. Including, my wood frame house. Which, is in a different location, but I still lose the signal if I walk to the wrong part of the house.

Great company.. no complaints! Reception almost everywhere. Very few dropped calls. Good sound quality. I am happy happy happy.

Reception very spotty at best. Changes drastically from one room to another with no rhyme or reason. May work great in kitchen today and not in living room. Tomorrow it may be exactly opposite. I've been with VZW since the day they bought the old (reliable) company. Customer service invariably recommends new phones and / or software upgrades. Neither improve anything. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can switch!
