0 to 1 bars at home. Calls are dropped, static present, garbled voice etc. Cingular even gets frustrated now because I use only my cell phone to call them to complain! They can't understand me and ask me to call back on a land line. I tell them that this is what I put up with all the time, that they need to fix the problem. They claim they don't have any control over radio signals.

Great company.. no complaints! Reception almost everywhere. Very few dropped calls. Good sound quality. I am happy happy happy.

terrible reception or none. this service is useless.

1-2 bars when we get reception. usually we don't.. and if we do.. calls are dropped..even tried using Nokia phone... they said for 300 dollars we could be released of our contract. ther's a tower 3 miles from my home and I cannot recieve or make calls EVER! Cingular says if I can ever get reception I am locked into their contract even if it is only for 2 minutes at a time.. terrible company!

I am told I live in a hole. I am always roaming where I live in Bellevue. I have complained for months. They send techs out and sure tehy get a signal but I do not at home. Even when driving thru BEllevue and Omaha I roam. I have been very unhappy with the recption and Sprint over charging me. I have had Alltel, Cingular, Us West, At&T, Cricket, and none worked for me. I am thinking about going to Verizon any thoughts> Emerald Eyes in Bellevue who never gets to call. I pick up Cricker and Verizon towers and it says please call your cricket or Verizon provider to make a call. Paying for a service I cant always use.

I don't get too many dropped calls. When you call and complain there excuse everytime is that they have towers down. Overall they usually have pretty good service.

Above ground power lines interfere from Platteview Rd north to H. 370. Two new towers going up in area, so hopefully this will change.

T-mobile insists there is reception in the area. I find that hard to believe since both of our phones do not work.

Spotty reception. Dropped calls. Been bad for 2 years now! :-(

Reception very spotty at best. Changes drastically from one room to another with no rhyme or reason. May work great in kitchen today and not in living room. Tomorrow it may be exactly opposite. I've been with VZW since the day they bought the old (reliable) company. Customer service invariably recommends new phones and / or software upgrades. Neither improve anything. Can't wait for my contract to end so I can switch!
