I don't get too many dropped calls. When you call and complain there excuse everytime is that they have towers down. Overall they usually have pretty good service.

At home I can stay on a phone call for no more than two minutes tops before the call gets dropped. Anywhere else I seem to get fine reception. Once I enter my property the call drops, even outside in my yard or driveway. Ridiculous!

Almost no coverage in my basement. Upstairs maybe 2 bars max. And out in town maybe 2-3 bars in the Bellevue / Offutt area. At work on base in the buildings, ZERO service. I just moved back here from TX where I had no issues at all. This is ridiculous because my friends with other carriers have no problems in any of these areas. I sit next to people at work who have full signal strength, and my stupid $500 iphone 4 says "NO SERVICE"... ... . AT&T, I promise you if this continues I will switch. A fancy phone is useless with no signal.

Had the new iPhoine 3Gs for 2 days this summer. First the device is nice enough, it does everything well except be a phone. It sucks, dropped calls even when it has full bars. ATT signal is still lacking in the Omaha area. At home in Bellevue the iPhone had full bars and the internet worked great, but way too many missed and dropped calls. In the 2 days must have had over a dozen. Absolutely zero, nada, nothing signal in Council Bluffs by the mall ot Iowa Western. Will try the iPhone 4GS on Verizon or the Nexus One on Verizon gthis summer.

I've had AT&T now for over 2 years and the reception has been horrible the entire time. I had used the company before and really liked them, but for some reason, this area of town (Olde Towne Bellevue by the air force base) is just awful when trying to get any service. I literally had to lay on my couch any time I wanted to talk to someone and for random reasons without me moving, my friends would say I was breaking up so I'd move my head a little to the left or right and then they could hear me again. I went and cancelled my service yesterday and plan on trying someone else. I just can't take the horrible reception anymore and frankly, I don't care what their reason! It's a pain trying to keep in touch with friends when the phone is so dang picky. When I cancelled the service, I asked the girl at the store if there were a lot of people that complained about bad reception and she said yes. That should tell you something.

Little or no reception. Constant dropped calls. I laugh everytime I see an AT&T commercial come on "The All Over Network With The Least Dropped Calls" YEAH RIGHT! I used to call and complain but they do nothing about it, so I just gave up. They are the absolute worst. When I'm on the phone I can only understand every other word someone is saying. Thank God my contract ends next week. It has been a long and frustrating 2 years with AT&T. I'm switching to Verizon.

There's a reason why the TV commercials for Verizon, show everybody standing outside, using their cell phone. They don't guarantee servise inside of buildings. Including, my wood frame house. Which, is in a different location, but I still lose the signal if I walk to the wrong part of the house.

Above ground power lines interfere from Platteview Rd north to H. 370. Two new towers going up in area, so hopefully this will change.
