	From 0 to 5 bars in 5 seconds. From 5 bars to 0 in even less! Signal fluctuates and is unpredictable. Signal was acceptable up until about 2 months ago - now it pretty much just sucks.

	Actually those of us in the industry do read these reports. I worked on 10 sites this summer along Hwy. 30. It's tough to put up towers in NE. The users need to show up at the Planning Commission Meetings to support better coverage. Only the nay sayers show up and then we lose. When we lose, no new towers get built. Look for better coverage along Hwy. 30 in the near future. Both for CellOne / Alltel.
