Extremely poor reception in many areas, soetimes even in areas that can be good. Have used this company for years due to promises of increased quality and reception - never materialized. Promises not kept, customer service awful, very undependable reception, no matter where I go. I am looking for a service I can depend on, locally, and take with me whereever I go! I have nevre been unhappier with someone that is supposed to be providing me with a service. I don't care how much it costs, I am willing to pay whatever it takes to get the service I deserve. Alltel... you have lost me forever. As soon as I find a new service I am comfortable with, you can color me gone!!
