Alltel 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: motorola 710	alltel service is horrible, wait in line forever, treated with contempt, lied to by previous associate who told me I could extend my service contract early and get a new phone. Norfolk NE service office poorly staffed and some staff indifferent at best. Last person who waited on me a flat out "b" word. I'll be looking to switch and take my entire family with me as soon as I find another provider. Alltel acts like they own the air way. They can stuff their 200.00 fee, as they will be loosing that much a month from our business they lost. (makes alot of sense, doesn't it)
