Crappy service. There is not a problem with the phones because I have gone thru 3, so I know its not a phone problem, its a service problem. Constantly dropping calls, crappy scratchy connections. $150 buy out is what it cost me.

May dip slightly in a few spots, but on average will register 4-5 bars all the time.

I had a show there all weekend. I could not get one phone call or make one. Although my friend had her phone and had no problem. I just switched to Cingular and I hope this isn't a clue of what is to come.

Cell one has less than poor cell service and customer service. WE have complained several times about not being able to use our phone within our house and they blame it on our phones... why would they sell me the phone if it is not going to work in my house? Searching for better service and reading reviews.

I live in Kansas City but come to Lincoln a lot... down by Memorial Stadium I get great reception, almost all 5 bars. O Street was really iffy. No reception inside the bars of O Street. No reception whatsoever out by Gateway mall.

Sprint is horrible when it comes to reception on the edge of town. Coverage is pretty good in the interior of town, but get into the residential areas and I can't use my phone even upstairs in most of my friend's houses. Definately go with a different carrier if you need any sort of reliability!

I have repeatedly complained about Sprint's poor service in this rapidly growing area of town. At the Sprint Store they say there's a "tower issue," which they have never fixed.

Poor service out here. Sprint considers us out of town, even though we are very much so in city limits.

I get full service. I even get service in elevators with my Sanyo 8100.
