I have had nothing but problems with Virgin mobile. Since they run off of the Sprint towers.. they are to blame also! I had a cricket phone and it worked better the Sprint on PIKES PEAK 14,000 feet up. How sad is that, Cricket outstands Sprint (Virgin Mobile)

Building reception for this area is poor, outdoor reception is below average, throughout the 99th St.and Q through 99th and Harrison (Thomasville). Had to install a Mobile Network Extender to increase signal strength to maintain phone calls and send messages effectively. If no network extender possible, I'd invest in using Google Voice through Gmail or Skype.

So far no problems, no dropped calls, the worst calls experience some randomness in the volume, most calls are clear, calling other iphones or high end smartphones usually sounds like there is a studio linked between you and them. 3g is a little slower than my friends on expensive carriers, but usually 80% as fast. Reasonable 3g coverage in anything that resembles a small town.

AT&T Reception is HORRIBLE at my parents' house in West Omaha. I have to be in certain locations upstairs in order to get one bar. Calls drop frequently and I get absolutely no service in their basement. I recently switched from Verizon which I got service absolutely everywhere except where I now work in rural Northeast Kansas.

T mobile works great from 120 to downtown. And when I'm at my house use wifi calling. In the state of nebraska T-Mobile does not use there own towers. They only use other carriers for service such as AT&T and viero wireless and also in the councel bluffs area they use I wireless. You can also check several cell phone tower sites.

T-Mobile only has towers on the interstates and major highways. Don't expect reception inside buildings or even major intersections. They do NOT have roaming agreements with AT&T inside the city of Omaha, only outside the city (like Fremont).

Usually 1 bar or no bars in our garden level apartment and occasionally even outside. And thats WITH roaming. My boyfriend has US Cellular and has no problems sending and receiving calls and texting messages.

Tmobile has roaming agreements in omaha through AT&T so you can get very good coverage in some areas but it is very spotty coverage.

Calls drop... .despite my wife calling me several times, I dont get a ring... interestingly, she also has several outgoing calls to me on her cell but I didnt get any call (not even missed calls). I was with Sprint for 5 years before this and we never had any problem even in remote towns... but AT&T is terrible even in Omaha.

The worst service I have had since getting a cell phone! Stay away from Verizon unless you can understand people by only hearing every third word or have mind reading capabilities. Seriously my service has been the cause of multiple communication problems and they still say there is no problem with the phone or their service. What ever happened to the customer service?

Get one bar on a good day. Miss calls because phone doesn't ring half the time. Cricket sucks, but it is a lot cheaper, and amazingly, it works pretty decent except at my home.
