Had good reception in my home with AT&T and TDMA technology. Since switching to GSM after Cingular bought AT&T, I've experienced numerous dropped calls. Cingular's TV commercials showing superior coverage (more bars) are a painful joke. I now use an Internet phone service called Skype from my home.

Rather dismal reception. Walking from room to room in the house will occasionally drop calls. Noramlly 2 or less bars.

Frequent Poor or No Reception in this area despite a number of complaints to Alltel. After several complaints with no followup by Alltel as promised, we are giving up and will try another more reliable carrier.

Hard to get 5 bars anywhere in Omaha area, even with several bars reception is poor. 9 out of 10 calls are dropped after only a few minutes... never get to say "Good Bye". I was with Cingular in California and had GREAT reception almost everywhere and never remember having calls dropped. VERY disappointed with the service here.

Switched from Sprint to Cingular in an attempt to get better service... what a mistake, they both suck!

Very poor reception with frequent dropped calls as soon as you go west past 144th Street.

Entire neighborhood is bad. Verizon told me they drove through to check the area, agreed it was bad, said they would do nothing to help.

Poor reception in my house. Either very choppy and lots of static, or call are just dropped.

Perfect service all around Omaha area.

Two Verizon phones are currently in roam in this area.
