Reception in town is OK but go any direction from town except towards Norfolk and reception becomes spotty. This is flat country yet even the smallest dip in the road will cause you to lose service. I have lived in 5 different states with similar population densities and more rugged country and somehow they all managed to have more reliable cell service! If I didn't need a cell phone for work I would get rid of it
