From home, dropped calls and single-ended connections (i.e. you can hear the other person, but they can't hear you) are very, very common. From Rte. 106 to just before Shaker Village, connections are somewhat stable (2-3 bars). After the village, expect dropped calls at any bend of the road. Considering cost / performance comparison with GSM service experienced in Europe (espec. Germany), it seems like we are paying premium US dollars to get third-world type service (no offense to third-world countries). Definitely not satisfactory for a so-called "technologically advanced" country like the US, and for the price(s) charged.
